TERRY SECOMBE

Dated: 23 January 2025

I just thought that I would write a quick note to thank you for the opportunity to attend your Lake Eyre workshop.
You said it as going to be epic and it was. It was a privilege to have been able to see and experience your special location which is one of the most stunningly beautiful areas that I have ever seen and to do it with a group of like minded people was truly memorable. The good news is that most of it has been captured. I would do it again in a heartbeat but I just need a new lens first and thanks for allowing me to use yours.
I just wanted to pass on my thanks to you – I’m still buzzing!

Channel Country outback QLD

Channel Country, Outback Queensland – Colours, Patterns and Perspective The Channel Country in outback Queensland is one of Australia’s most quietly powerful photographic landscapes. Wilderness Photographer of the year Judge 2025

Another year for me judging the Wilderness Photographer of the Year — and wow, the standard was incredible, especially in the Nature category.
