Metal Chromaluxe: 

Finished and ready to hang that sits off the wall. Metal printing process produces impacting, durable, easy to clean and super light pieces made right here in Australia. High-definition aluminium prints are made on aluminium that’s coated with a special photographic film. ChromaLuxe brand metal is used, which is resistant to stains, scratches, water, fire, tears, age-related yellowing – and lasts 200-400% as long as the world’s best photo papers. This means you don’t have to protect a metal print under a glass or layer of laminate as you would with regular photo paper.

When you print on metal, you get all the high-definition quality you expect from an HD printer – but with all the benefits of aluminium’s lightness and durability. Since the photographs are printed on a special film layer, as opposed to directly onto the aluminium surface, the quality you see in each finished print is breathtaking. You’ll be saying “wow” There’s an immediate, striking effect to a metal print – and the unusual rigidity of the metal adds a completely new dimension to any photograph. Colours pop on the high gloss frameless surface but do not reflect as much as gloss paper under glass.

Canvas:

Finished, stretched and ready to hang. Genuine, archival-grade canvas purchased directly from the U.S.A. The canvas is a heavy-weight 440gsm, free of artificial whiteners and offers amazing colour and definition. A quality frame ensures your print won’t warp and will look the same in 75 years as it does today. The frames are made from premium, double-profiled meranti hardwood in any size required. The double-bevelled profile means your print sits flush against the wall, and the outline of the timber won’t show through the front of the canvas.
