Sunset Photography at Devils Marbles

Dated: 19 March 2025

After a hearty breakfast in Alice Springs, we set off on an exciting journey to Devils Marbles (Karlu Karlu), one of the Northern Territory’s most surreal and photogenic landscapes. Upon arrival, we’ll check in for a two-night stay at a comfortable outback hotel, allowing plenty of time to explore and capture this breathtaking location.

In the late afternoon, we venture out to the Marbles for a golden hour walk, discovering unique rock formations and perfecting composition techniques before settling in for a stunning sunset shoot. As the light transforms the landscape into a painter’s palette of deep reds and soft purples, you’ll learn how to enhance colors, shadows, and textures in your shots.

After our shoot, we’ll return to the hotel for a delicious restaurant dinner, where we can unwind and discuss the day’s highlights before retiring for the evening.
