The workshop with Julie was jam packed with tips and support.  Beginning with a familiarisation with camera settings to get the best results, Julie set the scene for the practical shoots that were to come.  The afternoon and morning light was used to capture local subjects which then became the focus of Julie’s instructional post production sessions where she stepped us through a range of techniques using both Photoshop and Lightroom.  Julie was well prepared with notes and session plans which helped get the most of the time we had available. I learned heaps from the workshop thanks to Julie’s ability to convey her knowledge and to challenge us to try something new both in the field and in post production.

I really had a ball, thanks so much for your time and please say thanks also to Lyall and the staff at the Roadhouse, hanging out with them and hearing their stories was an added bonus.
